It's that time of the year when people consider selling their house before school is out and summer is here. There's been a bunch of house listings on our street these past couple of weeks. In fact, 5 out of 12 right beside ours are for sale right now.

Went to see Randy Bachman play at Massey Hall on April 13th. We had tickets in the front row. Duke Robillard, Stephan Moccio & Jeff Healey all played with Randy and his wife. Special thanks to Liz at Massey for the photographers pass.
